Time to get a new app Octane!
The app no longer allows you to connect a Bluetooth device via phone or tablet so the app is 100% worthless. I emailed customer support about my connection issues and they responded with the following "Nautilus use to own Octane and own the app, they sold Octane to True Fitness, but not the rights to the app, Nautilus took down the app recently and True is working on a replacement app but have not given us a release date yet."
The app is a joke! I bought their very expensive machine having been told by the salesman the app was excellent and would take me though all the training options on it. It's supposed to have individual log in's where you can track progress and keep stats etc. Which is exactly what I need to motivate me. On Android phones it won't display properly. On Android tablets you can't even create profiles or log in. The app is a waste of time I am furious.
4 years since last update. Doesn't support newer machines such as the XT One at my gym. Uninstalled.
Tried quick start and xmode, I like the way it integrates. Need to be able to save profile without having to create an ID. Dont want info on the internet but don't like having to reenter. Big minus.
Outdated app. Very buggy
Same problem with creating profile and using as others have mentioned. Seems like they have ended all Android support and only update the iPad version. Buyer be ware that the iPad version crashed my console to the point where they had to send me a new one. Great machine but overpaid for useless app support.
App is useless. Bought a new tablet but can't login on the app to access my history or profile. I love my recumbent xR6xi elliptical but the app no longer working makes it difficult to recommend.
Can't even get through the user set up. I enter all of my information then get prompted for a password, once entered i can go to a workout but none of my user data is there. If I try to log in with my info, nothing happens, just stuck in a loop. It will monitor a workout but that isn't worth much other than stride shape, the machine does everything else. Horrible!
